What this wedding photographer can’t live without

Working from home has it’s perks. My personal favourite is answer emails and calls in your PJs most of the day without anyone noticing. There are a few things in my home office that I cannot live without.

My coffee maker

This has changes a few times over the years. I used to have a cafe espresso machine, but that got a little cumbersome so I started using a single cup pour over. That was fine for my first cup of coffee but then I had to keep remaking my cold coffee all morning long. Then came the french press, and the same thing happened. This Black Friday I bought myself a nice simple coffee maker that keeps my coffee warm for 2 hours, it’s amazing!

A wireless printer

I want to make sure that I can print from anywhere in the house from any device. I don’t want to have to log into my computer when I need to print a family list for a wedding I’m running out to in a few minutes. The wireless printer is a great help.

A comfy chair

I sit a lot during the day… a lot. A good comfy chair keeps me from going insane. I’m going to add a cozy blanket to this as well, on those really cold mornings.
