If you’re a business owner with ADHD, you probably don’t need another pep talk about staying motivated. You need a website design process that actually helps you get it done.

→ Not a 12-page questionnaire.
→ Not a project that drags on for months.
→ Not one more thing to manage alone.

That’s exactly what my Signature Website Design Process was built to solve.

I didn’t design it just for people with ADHD, but the structure, support, and bite-sized approach have made it a favourite for neurodivergent entrepreneurs who want to launch their site without getting stuck.

Have you felt overwhelmed by an open-ended project?

Or had tasks that quietly roll from last week’s to-do list… onto this week’s… for the last 24 weeks?

You’re not alone. A lot of creative entrepreneurs struggle to keep momentum on big projects, especially when there’s no clear starting point, feedback loop, or finish line.

That’s why my Signature website design process leans on structure and support. You don’t need to work harder—you need a better framework.

Firm but flexible: how my Signature website design process is built to support you

We kick things off with a discovery call, then move into booking. From there, you’ll get access to Basecamp, where everything is laid out step-by-step. You get to pick your start date, and book a Kickoff Call so that we can walk through everything together. No guessing. No digging through emails.

Tasks are broken into small, doable pieces. Some take five minutes. Others are a little more. But nothing feels overwhelming because you always know what you’re working toward.

Instead of handing you a giant questionnaire and saying “go,” I break things down into milestones with videos, examples, and explanations to guide you.

Once your project starts, we stay connected with clear checkpoints:

  • Discovery Call
  • Kickoff Call
  • Start Date Call
  • Revisions (done together on a live call)
  • Closing Call (Showit training)

It’s structured enough to keep you moving—but flexible enough to work with your energy, your schedule, and your strengths.

A recent client with ADHD told me…

“The best part was how organized everything was before the start date. It didn’t feel like a huge mountain to climb. I could knock out one small task at a time, and it all added up.”

That’s exactly what I want this process to feel like—doable, empowering, and even fun.

Why Showit helps make this all even easier

I exclusively design on Showit because it’s the most flexible and user-friendly platform I’ve ever worked with. You don’t need to know code. You don’t need to hire someone every time you want to change a headline.

At the end of every project, we have a Closing Call where I train you on how to use and update your site—and yes, I record the session so you can reference it anytime. That means you can make updates confidently, without feeling locked out of your own site.

Pair Showit’s design flexibility with a clear, guided build process, and it becomes a whole lot easier to actually finish the project—and launch with confidence.

What makes this process easy

Even though I don’t market it as one, my Signature website design process aligns closely with what many call an ADHD web design process because:

  • Tasks are bite-sized and clearly explained
  • Everything lives in one hub (Basecamp), so nothing gets lost in email
  • We have consistent calls, so you’re never stuck in silence
  • You’re supported from start to finish, not just handed homework

If you’ve tried and stalled on your website in the past, this might be the difference you’ve been looking for.

Why this is important to me…

Over the years, I’ve figured out how I work best—and it might sound familiar if you’ve ever gone down the “ADHD entrepreneur” rabbit hole on Instagram. I focus best when I’m working on one project at a time, especially when it’s short and structured with a clear end in sight. I rely on systems to stay organized—because if I don’t, everything lives in my head, and that’s not sustainable. I’m big on clear communication (yes, maybe even over-communication) and regular touchpoints to keep things moving. Some days I need to break things into short tasks just to get started, and other times I’ll work for hours and knock out a whole project in a day. That rhythm might not work for everyone, but it works for me—and the result is a streamlined, focused, and highly personalized experience for my clients.

Ready to finally launch your site without the burnout?

If your website has been half-done, half-started, can’t decide on a template or is sitting in “draft mode” for too long, you’re not alone. You just haven’t had a process that meets you where you are and helps you keep going.

That’s exactly what this is built to do.
